Stock options, classroom friends, and a walnut bug lucid dream

So I had a dream that I was in a classroom with some of my high school associates and people from my current job. Apparently we were watching a movie and the content was supposed to be related to the class but I couldn't make out what it was. I was talking to them about the sweet investments that I have and the stock options I had. Remember that thing about math being off in my dreams but only I notice it? I specifically remember adding up the options as 20+30+60=70 options but then I stopped and looked at the numbers. It didn't add up (still doesn't) but no one was the wiser. At some point we transitioned to another classroom across the shiny, public school hall. I had to gather my things but everyone else just left their thing. I arrived after everyone else so I had slim pickings for a seat. I stood up to do something but then sat back down. A conversation started about what it means to be an African American and someone asked me for my opinion. I told them that each person could easily have their own definition of the term and the discussion continued with others adding their opinions. My desk was now a bed (don't ask) and it notably had a red comforter on it. I emptied the contents of my backpack on my bed and positioned construction paper underneath to catch all the loose odds and ends. The last thing that fell out of the bag was a walnut. I cracked open the walnut and I was about to eat it but I noticed a shiny, fuzzy, red little spider that burrowed into it. I dropped the defiled walnut onto the construction paper. One of my work friends came over, saw the spider and the walnut, decided to flip the construction paper over, and emptied the contents on my comforter. He smashed the red bud with the comforter. I asked why he didn't just smash the spider by crumbling the paper and he just said "touche". The dream ended and I woke up annoyed. Was that weird?
