I guess the NBA playoffs really played into my lucid dreams. In this one, I think I was watching commentary on Lakers gameplay. Stephen A. Smith stated that the LA Lakers, and Lebron specifically, has his boot to the throat of the NBA and is threatening to rewrite history as we know it. I wasn't shocked at all because Stephen says some crazy stuff.
I then found myself stranded on top of a little shed. There were other people with me but they quickly jumped down and scattered in different directions. I couldn't understand why at first but I soon found out. Turns out there was an angry horse on the loose. It came over and I looked down at it. I was at least 10 feet above it so I figured I was safe. Boy was I wrong. The horse stood on its hind legs and its eyes were level with mine. Crap! It took up a boxer's stance and hit me with an angry hoof to the forehead. Ouch. I stumbled back and raised my arm to block its next strike. The horse was too quick and hit me square in the chest. I knew that this should have killed me. I layed on the roof and the horse, satisfied with its victory, left me alone. I sat up when the coast was clear.
I jumped down to the ground. I then turned to face the shed's door. The door swung freely in the wind. I heard some shuffling behind me from the direction the horse went in so I turned to investigate. It was a dog. A doberman to be specific. It was very angry and coming straight at me, full speed ahead. Thinking quickly, I reached behind me and grabbed the shed door. I bent the door around my frame and set up a triangular shield. The dog tried to get around to the open side but I rotated as it moved and it never made it around to my back. The dog, disappointed and angry, ran off into the horizon. I woke up. I should have to, but I will ask. Was that weird?
